My most recent experience was the one that really drove home how good they were.
I found myself without power on Sunday, as some of you may know, it’s very hard to get a trades person on Sunday to do work for you. I would normally be reluctant to try, but with no power I had little choice.
So I rang Livewired, expecting it to be a challenge to get someone to help. Not at all, selected after hours support, got Daniel on the phone first go. He came quickly, was friendly and helpful. He promptly identified that it was an Ergon fault, and arranged for them to come and sort me out.
It’s usually not too hard to get trade support Monday to Friday, but finding a company that is willing & able to offer support on a Sunday is not that easy. Well done Livewired, I really appreciate it.”

“Brilliant!!! From the moment I called I received amazing service. The lady who answered the phone listened and understood my list of jobs.
The two electricians who connected my air conditioning were efficient and friendly.
Eddie, the communication electrician was absolutely wonderful. He came to our butcher shop and clearly communicated how he was going to solve our problem in the most economical way. Realistically he could’ve re-wired our shop as that is what another service was requesting. But thanks to Eddie’s patience and skill, he didn’t have to as he had our future planning in mind.
